This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on minimum standards for the protection of livestock. In particular the present Decree establishes minimum standards for the protection of horses, donkeys and their hybrids (art. 5a), ratites, pandas and emu (art. 12), and rabbits (art. 13).
