This Regulation establishes the procedure for the attribution of the status of pedigree farms. The status of pedigree breeding farms shall be granted to the following categories of farms: (a) operating as a breeding farm for at least three years and had high productivity on a particular purebred on insemination of herd of animals, creation of a new line, family and type indicated in the application shall be attributed the status of a breeding enterprise; (b) pedigree breeding of purebred livestock for at least three years shall be attributed the status of pedigree farm; (c) improvement of certain animal breeds by modern methods, creation and selection of new species (breeds) shall be attributed the status of selection center; (g) genetic assessment of pedigree livestock shall be attributed the status of immunogenetic laboratory control; (h) assessment of pedigree livestock quality and productivity for pedigree farms shall be attributed the status of testing station; (i) improvement of pedigree quality of livestock by artificial insemination shall be attributed the status of enterprise for artificial insemination of livestock; (j) high genetic productivity of different breeds and breeding of pedigree livestock shall be attributed the status of embryo transfer center; (k) seedstock herd for artificial insemination and trade of frozen semen of seedbank shall be attributed the status of enterprise for production and sale of semen; and (l) genetic resources (small quantity) of species and breeds capable of evolution and transfer of breed qualities shall be attributed the status of genetic fund.
