The Decree contains provisions concerning the mandatory temporary interruption of fishing activities through the use of towed gears "bottom otter trawls (OTB)", "nets otter twins (OTT) and/or browsing rapid (TBB) Year 2023. The Decree also regulates the maximum fishing days and the reporting obligations for fishing vessels using this type of gear. Art. 5 regulates specifically fishing of deep sea shrimps. Financial assistance for fisherman is also regualted.
