Regulation on additional measures to cover part of the costs of agricultural producers for the introduction of water-saving technologies and use of alternative energy envisages allocation of subsidies for irrigation of cotton and sorghum fields with water-saving irrigation technologies of not less than 10 hectares to agricultural producers: (a) calculating the amount of subsidy to cover part of the cost of purchasing equipment such as renewable energy sources and portable generators for irrigation of cotton and grain fields; (b) provide a subsidy to cover part of the cost of purchasing equipment such as renewable energy sources and portable generators for irrigating cotton and sorghum fields; and (c) monitor the effective use of the subsidy allocated to cover part of the costs of purchasing equipment such as renewable energy sources and portable generators. Equipment such as renewable energy sources and portable generators shall be intended solar, water, wind, and portable generators to provide electricity to pumping stations and irrigation wells for irrigating cotton and sorghum fields with water-saving irrigation technologies and energy generating devices for no less than 10 hectares. The following shall be attached to the application: (a) information on cotton and winter wheat crop fields (in contour sections) where water-saving irrigation technologies have been introduced; (b) certificate and technical passport of purchased renewable energy sources and equipment such as portable generators; (c) documents on the purchase and installation of equipment such as renewable energy sources and portable generators (contracts with the contractor, completed construction, testing and adjustment works); and (d) copies of the applicant's state registration certificate.
