Regulation on the procedure for covering part of the costs of introducing drip irrigation technologies in new intensive gardens and vineyards, building a pump station for drawing water from a drilled well, as well as rivers, canals and other waterbodies, and purchasing a renewable, alternative electricity device allows winemakers to implement drip irrigation technologies through public subsidies. The applicant must be owner or possessor of an intensive orchard and/or vineyard planted by agricultural producers on an area of not less than 10 hectares in a single or contiguous area. Regulation on the procedure for reimbursement of part of the costs of raising grape seedlings to the trellis (except for wooden and other fragile poles) determines the procedure for covering part of the costs of raising grape seedlings on trellis (except for wooden and other fragile poles), monitoring the terms of the contract, and returning the given subsidy to producers of agricultural commodities. The subsidy will be allocated once only after the completion of the trellis installation (construction) for raising grape seedlings in established vineyards. Regulation on the procedure for reimbursement of a part of the export costs of each liter of natural wine (without the addition of ethyl alcohol) and brandy products made from grapes and fruits and naturally fermented by local production clusters establishes the procedure for covering a part of the costs of exporting each liter of natural wine (without the addition of ethyl alcohol) and brandy products made from grapes and fruits and naturally fermented by local production clusters, monitoring the terms of the contract, and returning the subsidy.
