This Decree contains the definition of producers group and rules on recognition of such groups. Titles 4 of the Decree provides for monitoring of producers groups and for reporting duties on their activity. There are special provisions regarding producers groups producing goods falling under a quality system and groups recognized for the creation of short supply chains.
