National Energy Regulatory Agency decrees to impose for a period of 7 years on license holders for the supply of natural gas within the territory defined in the licenses of distribution system operators, listed in the Annex 1, the obligation to provide public services for the supply of natural gas to end users at set quality parameters, at regulated, transparent, non-discriminatory and easily comparable prices.
