These Measures aim to strengthen the management of agricultural comprehensive administrative law enforcement agencies and law enforcement personnel, and standardize agricultural administrative law enforcement behaviors.
The comprehensive agricultural administrative law enforcement personnel shall receive post training, pass the examination and obtain the administrative law enforcement certificate before they can engage in the administrative law enforcement work. The competent agricultural and rural authortities of the local people's governments at or above the county level shall implement a financial guarantee system for law enforcement funds.
