This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 12 paragraphs and four Annexes, lays down provisions concerning placing of plant protection products on the market. The present Decree regulates: (a) requirements for the form and layout of the information on the product label; (b) packaging and labeling requirements for non-professional users; (c) areas of testing and documentation required to prove the competence to carry out experiments and tests; (d) the scope of experiments and tests for research and development purposes; (e) the criteria for places of commercial activities in the handling of products or auxiliaries; (f) the scope and way of storage of records on placing products on the market; (g) circumstances when a product provides the significant risk to non-target organisms in case of non-professional use; (h) the extent of documents proving that auxiliaries meet the requirements for authorization; (i) requirements for the marking of auxiliaries; (j) the method of keeping records on the use of products or auxiliaries; (k) methods of sampling plant protection products and auxiliaries.
