This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles and six Annexes, lays down, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, provisions relating to the protection of plants against harmful organisms: details on the survey to determine occurrence of harmful organisms the presence of which is an obstacle to the recognition of propagating material (art. 2), Authorization to issue phytosanitary passports (art. 3), export of plants and plant products (art. 6).
