This Act amends the Section 121 of the Principal Act regarding the levy payable on the production of timber and forest produce taken or deemed to be taken by the holder of a timber permit, a timber authority or a timber license, for the purposes of financing the management and operations of the Papua New Guinea Forest Authority and the regulations made by the Head of State to prescribe the levies.
