This Government Decree amends Government Decree No. 2/2005 of 6 July on the fees to be charged for fishing licensing, inspections and services related to fishing activities, with regard to Annex I (Tariffs applicable to Commercial Fishing) and Annex VI (Tariffs applicable to the issuance of certificates of quality and fish analysis). In addition, it repeals article 3 dealing with the fees to be charged for granting a commercial aquaculture licence.
