This Guidance is issued to successfully enhance and implement the Prime Minister s Order No. 15/PM, dated 13 May 2016, and the Minister of Industry and Commerce s Decision on Approval of Eligible and Prohibited Wooden Products list for Export No. 1833/MOIC dated 03 October 2016, and to contribute into the management, and sustainable forest protection as well as strengthen the wood processing industry moving toward the development direction.
The Guidance include two Sections: I. List of Eligible Wooden Products for Export; and II. Prohibited List of Wooden Products for Export. The List of eligible wooden products for export consists of 12 items or categories. Each category includes various types and forms. Some types and forms indicate clear timber species, width, thickness and length. Wooden products that are prohibited to export are all type, category, style and size that are not shown in the list of wooden products for export such as decorating column; wooden column and laminated beams; tables and chairs having a large single sheet of natural wood; etc.
