This guidelines are formulated to strengthen the self-protection of port staff, especially front-line staff, and further strengthen the control measures for personnel in high-risk posts in the port, and strictly prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic through waterways.
The guidelines are used to applicable to the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control of ship navigation, berthing and loading and unloading operation process, as well as personnel management and protection of pilots, dock operators, and other personnel and the management of the port passage for the boarding operators such as third-party inspection services.
