This Law changes and cancels certain provisions part of the Law on sustainable use of pesticides (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 14/2014).
Changes are related to the added provisions on identity cards issued by the Ministry (article 7, new paragraph 3); Croatian Agricultural and Food Agency's reference as competent national institution (article 3); appeal Commission is replaced with State Inspectorate (in article 30); in article 15, paragraph 1, item 3 is deleted.
