The Law establishes the Parliamentary Commission of inquiry on illegal activities related to waste management and and other environmental and agri-food crimes with investigation powers in the following sectors: waste management and other connected economic activities, transboundary waste, corruption, illicit activities on dismissed mining sites, waterwork and sewage system, waste burning, fraud and adulteration of food products, single-use plastic, etc. Art. 2 provides for the compositions of the Commission and Art. 3 and 4 the investigation procedures.
