This document lays down operational rules for branches of the Scientific-Information Center of the Interstate Coordination Water Commission of the Central Asia (SIC ICWC). These branch offices are required to be established in accordance with the By-law on SIC ICWC in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The main goal of Branches is to link national programs and strategies for water resources management with regional strategy and programs, and organize information exchange between national and regional ICWC bodies.
