These Measures are formulate to strengthen the special investment projects within the central budget for ecological protection and restoration in key regions, manage and make good use of project construction funds.
The investment within the central budget for ecological protection and restoration in key areas shall be allocated according to the projects. Specific supporting directions of the special investment projects include: natural forest protection and afforestation, restoration of degraded grassland, wetland protection and restoration, desertification control and construction of small water and soil conservation facilities.
