These Measures are formulated to strengthen the promotion and management of the national student drinking milk plan.
The promotion of students' drinking milk follows the principle of "safety first, quality first, strict access and standardized management". In terms of supervision and management, the measures emphasize that students' drinking milk is uniformly included in the production and quality supervision of relevant functional departments of the state. In addition, the Measures also have detailed provisions on offences and penalties.
