This Agreement between the Netherlands, Aruba, Cura ao and Sint Maarten concerns collaboration between the Parties on the implementation of conventions. It requires each Party to draft an implementation plan if the international agreements is to be implemented in the whole Kingdom of The Netherlands. Each country shall inform the other countries on the manner of implementation and each country may request assistance in implementation. This Agreements also sets out measures that may be taken in case there is deemed not to be enough progress in implementation.
