This Notice, in relation to the provisions of the Section 65 of the Gibraltar Merchant Shipping Act (1935-09), which proclaims that This Part shall apply to such ships or classes of ships and the owners, masters and crews thereof as the Minister responsible for shipping may declare by notice in the Gazette to the extent specified in such notice , here sets the terms of the application of Part I of the above mentioned main Act, in relation to the Section 65.
