This Cabinet Order is enacted to fully revise the Order for the Forest Pest Control Act (Cabinet Order No. 144 of 1976) pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 and Article 9 of the Forest Pest Control Act (Act No. 53 of 1950).
The Cabinet Order specifies the pests provided in Article 2, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Forest Pest Control Act, the forests with highly publically beneficial functionality, subsidies from the national treasury, etc.
