These Requirements, consisting of 7 Sections, are formulated in accordance with the Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Law, Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Protocol of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of Hungary on Phytosanitary Requirements for Hungarian Corn Exported to China, and relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
The Requirements make provisions for: list of quarantine pests of concern, processing, storage and transportation requirements; inspection, quarantine, certificate and supervision requirements; etc.
