These Requirements, consisting of 8 Sections, are formulated in accordance with the Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Law, Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Protocol on Plant Quarantine Requirements for Wheat Exporting from Russian to China between the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Russian Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Bureau, and relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
The Requirements make provisions for: permissible origin; list of quarantine pests of concern, processing, storage and transportation requirements; inspection, quarantine, certificate and supervision requirements; etc.
