These Requirements, consisting of 8 Sections, are formulated in accordance with the Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Law, Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and relevant laws and regulations.
The Requirements make provisions for: permissible place of origin; list of quarantine pests concerned; origin management; registration requirements; processing, storage and transportation requirements; inspection, quarantine, certificate and supervision requirements; etc.
