These Requirements, consisting of 7 Sections, are formulated in accordance with the Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Law, Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China,the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Requirements for Plant Quarantine of Barley Exporting from Kazakhstan to China, and relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
The Requirements make provisions for: approval and registration of exporting enterprises and warehousing enterprises; processing, storage and transportation requirements; inspection, quarantine, certificate and supervision requirements; etc.
