This Presidential Decree approves the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Social Action, Family and Women Promotion of the Republic of Angola (MASFAMU) and the Ministry of Social Development of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay (MIDES), with the aim of promoting a cooperation in the field of gender equality, women's empowerment and child development. In particular, the cooperation establish gender sensitive activities aiming at promoting small income generating businesses, child development, decentralization of social services and money transfer, capacity building, creation of a joint committee, common interests of the Parties, etc.
