The President, with a view of further development of chemical industry, raising investment attractiveness and the amount of foreign investment in diversification chemical industry sector, decrees to approve the Program of the development of chemical industry for the period of 2019-2030. In particular, the Program envisages modernization, expansion of existing and creation of new manufacturing energy efficient facilities for nitrogen, phosphorus, potash and complex mineral fertilizers.
