The President, with a view of efficient use of smallholding land plots, strengthening material and technical base, further expansion of activities and increasing coverage of smallholding land plots by the services of Tomorka Hizmati LLC (land service), as well as to further increase the export opportunities of agricultural commodities decrees as follows: (a) to allocate land areas on the basis of reasonable calculations to Tomorka Hizmati LLC (land service) for the construction of greenhouses, cold stores and livestock complexes for the organization of a guaranteed supply of seedlings and seeds to smallholders on a systematic basis; (b) to allot special trading areas to Tomorka Hizmati LLC (land service) in central dehkan (peasant) markets, in points with high population density of regions, districts (cities) for guaranteed supply of seedlings and seeds to smallholders on a systematic basis, as well as organization of product sales; and (c) the Council of Farm, Dekhkan and Smallholding Land Owners of Uzbekistan at the expense of the Farm, Dekhkan and Smallholding Land Support Fund must allocate credits to the Tomorka Hizmati LLC (land service) associated companies listed in Annex No. 1, operating on a cluster basis, for a period of 3 years or a share in their charter capital with the right to sell them subsequently.
