This Presidential Decree establishes that the Ministry of Interior must ensure implementation of the following arrangements: (a) full automation of the processes of ensuring strict discipline and the rule of law, prevention of corrupt practices, as well as supervision over convicts detention procedures in penitentiary institutions; (b) strengthening employees' ideological immunity against internal and external ideological threats and corruption, building a positive image of law enforcement agencies, as well as the development of their interaction with civil society institutions; and (c) teaching special courses on "The Clash of Geopolitical Interests and Ideological Struggle" and "Corruption: an Internal Ideological Battle" with a view to improve the ideological immunity of the Institute for Continuing Professional Development trainees.
