The President, in order to develop floriculture and nursery in the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, growing domestic and foreign varieties of flowers, popularization of the skill of floriculture among the population, further strengthening export potential of agricultural products: (a) to take note that in order to develop floriculture and nursery of plant varieties, including the establishment of cooperative relationship with the population in growing flowers, improvement of qualification of sector experts, providing comprehensive assistance to the entrepreneurs in the implementation of scientific developments in the production processes shall be set up Association of Florists; (b) Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade shall provide the Association of Florists with direct practical assistance in organizing work on: (1) increasing interest of the subjects of entrepreneurship to floriculture and nursery, training them in order to master necessary knowledge and skills, including in foreign countries, as well as attracting qualified specialists from foreign countries to this process; (2) organization of seminars, conferences, fairs and exhibitions in the floriculture sector, as well as ensuring participation in fairs and exhibitions held in foreign countries; and (3) import from foreign states and localization of export-oriented of selected varieties of flowers for their cultivation, as well as export of grown flowers.
