This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on sustainable use of pesticides, prescribes general and special conditions regarding places, facilities, premises, equipment and conditions for storage and sale of pesticides (aimed for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, importers and exporters). This text closely sets the necessary conditions for responsible persons, consultants and distributors and their obligations, conditions that must be met by legal and natural persons engaged in distribution and/or sale of pesticides and their obligations, conditions and deadlines for entry, amendment and deletion from the central records of the Phytosanitary Information System, method of collection, content of electronic form, keeping and delivery of data to the central records of the Phytosanitary Information System, handling of empty packaging and hazardous waste from pesticides until their delivery to an authorized person (in accordance with the regulations governing waste management) and the criteria for approving the use of pesticides for professional use and non-professional users.
