This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed scope of information contained in the report required by the national balancing system and emission forecasting, referred to in art. 7 par. 1 of the Act on management system of greenhouse gas emissions; (2) the method of entering the report into the national database on greenhouse gas emissions and other substances. The scope of information is specified in the Annex.
