This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on sustainable use of pesticides, prescribes the conditions for regular inspection and recognition of inspections of pesticide application machines, technical requirements for inspection of pesticide application machines, frequency of regular inspections, exceptions to regular inspection, appearance and manner of issuing the inspection mark, and conditions for authorization and abolition of examinations. This text also regulates issues regarding the employee training station and training programme, professional control of regular inspections of machines for the application of pesticides, conditions for obtaining inspection signs, the method of keeping records and other necessary conditions for conducting regular inspections. Regular inspection of pesticide application machines in use is defined in article 3. For exceptions to the mandatory regular inspection of machinery see article 5.
