This Regulation here establishes the official amounts of fees and charges for the training of professional users of pesticides, pesticide distributors and plant protection consultants.
These training are necessary also for the general safe use of pesticides (sale of pesticides and food production).
This text further sets the: rules and costs as regards the professional exams and issuance of identity cards for professional pesticide users, consultants, distributors and certified lecturers; regular inspections of pesticide application machines; training of; obligations of data entry into phytosanitary information system.
