The President, in order to ensure food security and price stability in domestic markets, increase the income of the population by supporting its initiatives in the agricultural sector, as well as expanding the cultivation of agricultural products on the principle of "One area - one product" and building up export potential, decrees that in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions in territories with good water supply, close to settlements, released from cotton and grain, managed by farms and clusters, are leased to the population through an open electronic competition until the end of 2022 - an additional 20 thousand hectares, a total of 100 thousand hectares of sown area, in 2023 - 93,155 hectares of sown area in accordance with Annexes No. 1 - 1.13.
