The Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Federal Republic of Germany hereby delimit their respective parts of the continental shelf under the North Sea in so far as that was not previously done by the Treaty of 9 June 1965 concerning the Lateral Delimitation of the Continental Shelf in the Vicinity of the Coast. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
