These Regulations of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government provide for the composition of, and the conditions of membership of, the Public Water Forum to be established in accordance with section 7 of the Water Services Act 2014. The Commission for Energy Regulation shall appoint specified members to the Forum. The Minister may appoint a person to be Chairperson of the Forum in accordance with section 7(3) of the Act.
