Takes note of the progress made in the implementation of the clearing-house mechanism of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants and requests the Secretariat to complete an evaluation of its first phase, covering the period 2008–2011, by the end of 2011, and to make it available on the Convention website;
