Adopts the revised process for the review of entries in the Register of Specific Exemptions contained in the annex to the present decision and agrees to review paragraph 4 of the process at its next meeting; Requests the Secretariat to undertake the activities in the review process regarding the specific exemptions in the Register that are due for review at the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties; Reminds each Party that has a specific exemption in the Register and is seeking an extension of that exemption to submit a report to the Secretariat at least twelve months prior to the fourth meeting of the Conference of the Parties, in 2009, justifying its continued need for registration of that exemption and providing the information requested in the review process.
