Takes note of the progress report set out in the annex to the note by the Secretariat on the ongoing review and updating of the Standardized Toolkit for the Identification and Quantification of Dioxin and Furan Releases and of the reports of the Toolkit expert meetings contained in annexes I and II to the note by the Secretariat on those meetings;
