At its first meeting (16–18 November 2022), the Compliance Committee of the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade adopted decision CC-1/4, by which it requested the Secretariat, on behalf of the Committee for the purpose of facilitating the collection of information on challenges being faced with submitting import responses in accordance with Article 10 of the Convention, to contact by means of a letter the Parties who have yet to transmit any import responses
