Note by the Secretariat As referred to in paragraph 7 of document UNEP/POPS/COP.2/21 on effectiveness evaluation, the annex to the present note sets forth the report on informal consultations on the effectiveness evaluation of the Stockholm Convention that took place from 14 to 16 March 2006 in Bangkok, Thailand. The consultations were organized by the Government of Canada, the Article Monitoring and Assessment Programme (AMAP) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). The report was prepared by AMAP and UNEP and has not been formally edited * UNEP/POPS/COP.2/1
