This Act, which is composed of seven articles, amends provisions governing rules of livestock identification and registration, including mode of giving identifiers of herd bases and animals, and listing and removing earring providers from the official list of providers kept by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. In particular, the holder of livestock, the operator of slaughterhouse and processing factory are required to report the head of the district office of the Agency, the seat of the herd, slaughterhouses and processing factories in order to give the herd number, the number of slaughterhouse, the number of factory processing or the number of incineration.
