Section 1 of this Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Act on the marketing of seeds and seedlings. In particular, the additional art. 3d regulates marketing of propagating material of fruits under special conditions. The propagating material of fruits, description of which is stored with the supplier, can be placed on the market on the territory of the Czech Republic if it is intended for experiments or for scientific purposes for breeding or to promote the conservation of genetic diversity. Such propagating material of fruits may be put into circulation by a supplier only if it satisfies requirements for the characteristics and labelling of propagating material in the category of conforming propagating material. Sec. 3 of the present Act lays down some amendments to Fertilizers Act, and section 4 lays down amendments to Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund.
