Act amending Environment Protection Act.

This Act, which is composed of 13 articles, establishes the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, being the element of the European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, established by the EC Regulation No. 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The operator of the installation running at least one of types of activities specified in Annex 1 of the Regulation 166/2006, exceeding threshold values specified in Annex 2 of the Regulation 166/2006, is obliged to pass to the provincial inspector of the environment protection a report containing information required for the creation of the National Register.
