The present Act introduces some amendments to the Water Protection Act of 15 May 2003. In particular, the Act amends article 66 establishing that the government orders after obtaining the opinions of the Agency for the Environment and the Office of Civil Protection the necessary remedial measures and suggests the deadline for its implementation depending on the urgency of the case.
