This Act amends the Environment Protection Act concerning obligations of the Netherlands in relation with the Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR). It allows information as indicated in Article 5 of Council Regulation to be specified by a General Order in Council and sets out rules how information shall be submitted.
