This Act amends the part of the principal Act (Chap. 8), providing for grant or refusal permits, their modification or withdrawal, and various requirements which may be attached to permits the production and treatment of waste matter (Chap. 10). It provides for the notification to the competent authorities of changes to installations that are subject to a permit in accordance with provisions of Chapter 8.
