These amendments concern the communication of information on transboundary effects of activities that are potentially harmful to the environment to countries potentially affected by those activities giving effect to Council Directive 97/11/EC of 3 March 1997 amending Directive 85/337/EC on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment.
